We understand that sometimes unexpected events can occur, and appointments need to be rescheduled or cancelled. If you are unable to attend your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to other patients on our waiting list. 

Failure to attend an appointment, or a late cancellation will result in a charge being applied, and will need to be paid before scheduling another appointment. 

Please note patients who fail to attend 3 or more appointments, or repeatedly fail to provide sufficient notice of cancellation, will be denied future appointments at the practice.

Pease note that in order to secure your appointment at Renmore Dental, a booking deposit will be charged. This deposit will be taken off the overall cost of treatment on the day of your appointment, or may be held on your account towards future treatment. Deposits are fully refundable up to 24 hours before your appointment. Should you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time, your deposit will be lost.
