We understand that sometimes unexpected events can occur, and appointments need to be rescheduled or cancelled. If you are unable to attend your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice. This allows us to offer the appointment to other patients on our waiting list. 

Failure to attend an appointment, or a late cancellation will result in a charge being applied, and will need to be paid before scheduling another appointment. 

Patients who repeatedly miss or reschedule appointments, or fail to provide notice of cancellation, will be denied future appointments.

Pease note that in order to secure your appointment at Renmore Dental, a booking deposit will be charged. This deposit will be taken off the overall cost of treatment on the day of your appointment, or may be held on your account towards future treatment. Deposits are fully refundable up to 24 hours before your appointment. Should you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time, your deposit will be lost.
